What if I don't need all the features?

That's completely fine — and actually very common. Most of our clients start on Starter or Growth and only use the features that matter to their business right now. You're never paying for things you don't use; think of the feature list as what's available to you. During your free setup month, we'll work with you to identify exactly which automations will have the biggest impact, and we'll build those first. You can always add more later as your needs grow.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Absolutely. You can move between tiers at any time — just let us know before your next billing cycle. Upgrading is instant: we'll start building your new automations right away. Downgrading is just as easy, though we'll chat with you first to make sure you're not losing anything critical to your operations. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. Every plan is month-to-month. We believe you should stay because the service is valuable, not because you're locked in. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. That said, most clients stay because the time savings and consistency speak for themselves — once your business runs on autopilot, you won't want to go back to doing things manually.

What happens in the first month?

Month 1 is your free setup month — no billing at all. Here's what happens: we start with a discovery call to understand your business, your pain points, and where automation will have the biggest impact. Then we design, build, and test your automations. By the end of Month 1, everything is live and running. Billing starts in Month 2, once you've seen the systems in action and you're happy with how they work.

Most clients see tangible results within the first 2–3 weeks. By the end of your setup month, your core automations are live and saving you time. The ROI is usually obvious within the first billing month.
